During the first week of April, we had a problem with the contact form on our Website.
Due to this, we lost every inquiry that came through that form, despite the customers receiving a confirmation that we would respond.
Since this forum and blog mostly consists of Shop Partners, we wanted to inform you of this problem, as it could have impacted your customers.
If you have received any questions or complaints from your customers, please have them email us at service@spreadshirt.com.
We apologize for any inconvenience this caused you and your customers, and for taking two weeks to tell you about this issue. It took us a few days to realize what happened, a few days to understand it, and too many days to escalate it. We’ll do better in the future.
The contact form is working now, and we have put in place a new process to make sure we react more quickly… if there is a next time.
