@lectio http://flushirts.spreadshirt.com/ I hope you feel better soon. There's got to be some good hamdromeda strain t-shirts out there.

I ordered 450 worth of shirts on Monday the 22nd.
Called spreadshirt cust service at 10am to confirm order was paid and ready to go. I found out at 6pm that order was in production (even though was not sent an email notification stating this).
I asked to change to next day air, a request I had raised both at 10am and 6pm. I was told no essentially.
Now ok Tuesday at 6pm, I am told shirts will not complete production till Friday.
24-48 hour production is apparently a lie. Read the fine print.
Email notification of production I also apparently a lie.
I offered to drive 4 hours to pick up the shorts. They said no!
I asked to cancel what has not been produced. No again.
I asked to pay more to upgrade to next day (on Monday at 6pm). They said no. I still see no proof this has gone into production.
What does spreadshirt say yes too????
Now, only half the kids will wear the shirts we spent hours designing on christmas day. I should not have to pay for empty promises. Fix your selling points since apparently you only serve the big boys like CNN!
Strange, I just got the RSS feed for this today, well past any ability to purchase things for Christmas.
@Brian - I noticed that too - must have been some sort of RSS hiccup. Sorry about that.
@Tinu
Sorry for the delay - your comment got caught in the spam folder. I have forwarded your issue to to our customer service department who will be in touch about this issue. We apologize for the frustration and want to get things right.
Thanks,
