The new Premium My Order page for your customers!
Now when a customer places an order in your Premium Shop, they will receive in their order confirmation email a link to check their order on your shop… helping to create Your Own Label! The Premium emails were released a few months ago to include Your Shop Name in them and now the My Order link has also been included in the appropriate emails, such as Shipping Confirmation, Order confirmation, etc.
The link will look like: http://YourShopName.spreadshirt.com/us/US/Shop/Myorder/
Now if your shop is in French, then the link will be the same with the correct language for the shop. The new My Order page will pull in your shop styles and coding, so your Header, Footer, Colors, and CSS will be pulled into the page, so the customer can check their order from the same shop they ordered from!
The My Order page not enough? Well, we did not think so either, so we have one more release for Premium Accounts. The invoice your customers receive will now include your Shop Name in addition to the logo on the invoice!
The bottom of the invoice thanks the customer for the purchase and provides contact information if there are any questions about their order. Now for Premium Partners, the bottom of the invoice will say:
Thank you very much for ordering with spreadshirt.com at Your Shop Name. It is a great pleasure doing business with you… and the rest of the contact information for order questions.
