turn text into an awesome t-shirt design. I just wanted to show off this t-shirt from the ImperialDub.com Spreadshirt Shop. They call it the Disco Shop. I really like the way the text is off center, and the text on the back is in the reverse. It is simple, but it looks totally cool.

Sunday Soul is an weekly program that is broadcast via the internet on Sunday nights. You can learn more about Sunday Soul here and Sunday Soul in NYC here.
There are also some other great t-shirts in their shop. I like this one:

WARNING: DO NOT create off-center desings as described on this blog, everytime I have ordered an off-centered design from Spreadshirt it has arrived dead center!
That’s right, apparently some of the employees at Spreadshirt do not look at your design before they print it! The end result is that practically every design is “repositioned” by a Spreadhshirt employee towards the center of the product regardless of where you placed it, specially designs like the one shown in these blog, where it is sligthly off center. The same problem occurs if you place your design near the collar are, it will be printed dead center again. This is very annoying and may damage your reputation.
I have alerted them about their lack of quality control and received zero response, basically nothing has been done about it yet. And if you are selling tees to other people then you are never going to see the final positioning, so, avoid creating “off-center” designs with Spreadshirt.
Unfortunately, “the trust” commenter hasn’t left an email or any contact information. Please, post another comment and include your email (it isn’t published, we just use it to follow up) or contact customer service adding a link to this post, and we will find out what happened. I am sorry and disappointed to hear that you had a bad experience both with our production and with our customer service.
I can’t explain the above experience without more research, but I do know that we have many shops and direct customers who regularly print “off-center” without any problems. The experience described above is far from normal for us.
You can even see from the welcome message on the Disco Shop linked above that they have had a good experience with our production. They say:
“After a few months of using this service, and having not only passed orders through my own hands, but also having made orders for myself personally, I feel that this company is a good one, and the products are very nice.”
We always want the feedback and are fine with that feedback being public. We want to be able to research and understand what happened in our process to not fulfill your order in the way you want. So please, always include your email when commenting, so we can follow up! I assure you that we want to.
Thanks!
