Hanging out to dry

Since we are in the environmental spirit around here at Spreadshirt (Don’t forget that we are donating $2 to the nature conservancy for every organic cotton t-shirt purchased). I thought I would do a little surfing around a find some environmentally friendly tips to share.  I found the blog for the Climate Crisis Coalition that mentions this New York Times article about hanging your clothes on a clothes line to dry.  There is even an organization that focuses on this Project Laundry List.  The article is actually kind of interesting as it talks about how neighborhoods have banned clothes lines because they are unsightly.

I know some people that don’t like the way their shirts feel if they hang dry.   So you ever hang your t-shirts to dry?

What is your favorite earth saving tip? Send it in (lpa at Spreadshirt.com) and we just may post it here on the blog.
