Temple’s Tips: Changing to the new template…
| The new shop template is live for you to test. You can follow the links in your shop admin to convert your shop to the new template. When you getting started making the change you should first set your colors and fonts. Then add your custom header and footer in the Advanced User section. As you’re moving through the process you’ll see all of your changes in the preview link. You will need to use XHTML for the coding. If you need to brush up on your XHTML, check out this online tutorial. The new features can be found under the “Layout” section of your shop. For example, all of the categories you’ve been building can now be seen by your customers when you activate the article category selection. Also, you can introduce a sale in your shop which will show your customers the old price as well as the new “sale” price. When this feature is activated, any product with lowered commission will show the price as slashed.
If you have any questions or suggestions for improvement, check out the thread about the topic on the forum. |

Hi,
Very new to spreadshirt (I am using cafepress now) and want to know where I can find a good tutorial about customizing my shop. I have a premium shop and want to customize the CSS code for the header, but know very little about CSS.
