Each month our Customer Service Expert, Temple, includes one of her top tips in the newsletter. Since it is October, this month’s tip has a halloween style. For more tips and tricks visit the forum - Http://forum.spreadshirt.com
Creating a vector is much like carving a face on a pumpkin. Each cut in the pumpkin is similar to a path in your vector and each entry point into the pumpkin is like an anchor point in your vector.
A single line is a path, but doesn’t give character to the pumpkin - you have to use several paths for each element of the pumpkin to create an outline. When carving an eye in a pumpkin you start on the outside, creating an outline. When creating your vector, you would add fill color inside the outline so your pumpkin face can be seen on products. You don’t want your pumpkin face to turn out like this:

Not good at creating vectors, then use our new offset transfers for your Halloween designs! These designs are different than digital images - the colors are more vibrant and there’s no patchy square on dark shirts. The design feels more like a flex print than a digital transfer.
If you want to use these designs in your shop, they can be found under the Halloween category as Spooky, Pumpkin and Boo.
