Ready or not, here they come. Again! We’ve reactivated a bunch of bright neon colours to really make your outfit pop. Yesterday our zip hoodie by American Apparel got the new colour additions of neon-yellow, neon-pink and neon-orange.
We’ve already got plenty of looks around the office strutting around like it was 1990. We promise that you will be the centre of attention wherever you go with one of these hoodies on.

The new colours are available for all techniques, but we recommend using our neon-flex colours to guarantee a truly blinding effect

These new colours will only be available in a limited edition until autumn 2012 unless you go crazy about them. In that case we will carry them much more longer.

As we said at the beginning of the year, we want to group some of our products according to their cuts and colours. And here we go: last week we added new colors to the Men’s Contrast T-Shirt (well known as Football Fan T-Shirt) which are: kelly green/white, darkgrey/white and brown/white. The same colours as well as a similar style goes to our newly added Women’s Contrast T-Shirt. Of course we also offer white/navy and white/red in the female version too. Both items are from the same vendor and the quality is top notch. We are very satisfied with the look and feel of both shirts and can recommend the shirts for digital direct designs.

We also added new stuff to the Kids’ department. Our new Kids’ Classic T-Shirt appears in all well known colours: white, black, red, royal blue, yellow, golden orange, kelly green, ruby red and swimming pool. That shirt is available for kids from 3 to 8 years. To fill the gap between kids and adults we added the same colors and the same style for our teens with the Teen Classic Shirt. That shirt is available for boys and girls from 9 – 14 years. Both products are from the same vendor as our Women’s and Men’s Classic T-Shirt. So, now the whole family can mix and match! The Kids and Teen Classic shirt is also available for digital printing. They look brilliant!

As we wrote some time ago, we had to get rid of some other items to make room for these new ones. Just as we said then, all of your products with the old items will be transferred to the new items mentioned above within the next two weeks.

A common question that goes through my head when I put on a shirt: do I look sexy in it? Up until now this answer has only come from the eye of the beholder. But how, how, how can I guarantee that my shirt can become a flirt-shirt?

We’ve thought long and hard about this question – and decided to try and do something about it. To offer our customers something they’ve never had before. We put our test lab on the task. And they didn’t disappoint.

Starting today we are releasing our brand new Pheromone t-shirts. The results were quite astounding. Ahhh, the wonderful smell of freshly unpacked new products! We’ve got a couple of new products that are certain to bring a smile to your face. Let’s start with the new Men’s T-Shirt from Continental Clothing, which was a product request from many of our partners. This product allows us to offer another classic shirt which has a more fashionable look. It sits well on the body and especially on the arms more so than our Men’s Classic Shirt, but is less “form-fitting” than our Men’s Slim Fit Shirt. The fabric weight of 155 g/m² guarantees an easy and light fit. This product is available for all printing techniques (including Digital Direct) and comes in the colours white, black, red and navy in the sizes S-XL.

We’re also freshening up our organic range. We have been really impressed with the shirts in Continental Clothing’s EarthPositive line – which is why we are now offering EarthPositive organic hoodies for men and women in black, charcoal and peacock blue. I think the front pockets are a cool feature for this product – instead of your typical kangaroo pouch, there are two pockets sewn into the sides that add a discreet touch to the product. Compared with our regular hoodies, the organic hoodies are lighter and are easier to wear on warmer days. Just like I promised – we’ve got even more new products for you to design and create! Off we go! Let me introduce a fancy, stylish and very comfortable top for the ladies: Women’s Boat Neck Long Sleeve Top by bella. I love this one! The huge neckline provides lots of creative ways to wear it. You can go the sexy route by showing a little shoulder shoulders or you can be a bit more casual by moving the neckline a bit deeper to the front or back to choose the skin you want to show .

I like it to combine it with a tank top underneath, which gives it a sporty 80s look or pimp it up with a big scarf that gives your outfit a glamorous touch. Just in time for the start of the month, we introduce a very hip and fashionable product for you: the American Apparel Unisex Jacket in juicy colors like yellow, purple and mermaid green as well as in basic colors like grey and black. You can personalise the product with all printing techniques (digital direct is even available for the back). The product’s quality is superb, as expected from American Apparel, and it holds up well in all types of activities, as seen in our little photoshoot. The white cords and zipper are an added feature which really makes the colours pop!

We continue with another very loose and comfortable product: the men’s jogging bottoms. Since we can’t offer the current version of American Apparel anymore, we switched to another very nice replacement. This product is available in 3 colors: black, navy and sports grey. You can add your designs and text on it with flex and flock foils. New improvement over our old jogging bottoms: 2 pockets on the sides! So you can now pocket your keys, mobile or wallet in there!

You think that’s it? Haa! It’s just half of our product launch for February. I’ll tell you a little secret: we’ll have a very fancy and fashionable jumper for ladies and a nice and very comfortable hooded jacket for kids available soon. They will hit our platform in mid February and I am already excited to see what you can do with our new products! Enjoy!

So, boys and girls, we’re officially all back on board to take on 2011.

The first two weeks of the year weren’t as uneventful as they may have seemed. At least around here.

We were finally able to get rid of our Christmas tree which was losing needles by the ton. It got as far as the atrium. Our snowman melted away into oblivion. And our atrium has been turned into a a colourful collection of strange pipes. Kind of reminds me of my screensaver of old.

It would be cool if those pipes had something to do with a new t-shirt printing technology. Or if we had discovered oil beneath our HQ. No, we simply had a pipe burst in our heating system. This created an unnaturally beautiful waterfall to our production below. These pipes are drying out the damage beneath and simply look ominous.

What else is new?
Yesterday we chose the winners of our “Shoplifting” Spreadvent post. Kes von Mauseohr won the top prize, CSS improvements, while Trill and Dodisdodat won banners and Crafty Designs a vector graphic. Today we are also going to get working on our T-Shirt Frames and we’ll be sure to show you some pictures of our DIY project.

What to look forward to?
First the weekend. Then you can start looking forward to International Sweatpants Day – next Friday 21 January. Here’s the “official” Facebook event with over 400,000 already planning to attend.

We’ve also got something the Germans call a Schnitzel Hunt prepared for you next week. Something like a treasure hunt through the Internet. But with a cooler name. Stay tuned.
