The shirt rallye is on! Just as a reminder: if you manage to attract three new customers within the next two weeks you will receive one shirt coupon at 15 pounds. Possibly up to five coupons per person! Also, the best marketing ideas – how to promote and spread your shop - will be richly rewarded. But how? Among the prizes we would like your vote on there are a Wacom Board, Google Adwords credits, photo shooting for your shop and…

…well no the Rolls Royce Phantom depicted above will stay true to its name and remain a Phantom. All the other prizes are within reach! What prizes would you like? Anything to help you promote your shop preferred.

How to promote your shop – some food for thought

Ever thought about a home movie? Trash and low budget rule, because it’s the internet! That means no-one is likely to be more skilled than you. So, why not get drunk, sleep in your shirt and film the results next morning? This will surely get you some well-deserved notoriety. Our Dutch shoppartner at Sjeurt came up with this little gem – Can you say more about how did you did it?

see here for more films about shirts

Other ideas center around the shirt exchange: just give away a shirt to anybody who sends you one of theirs! There is a number of German-language sites who do it. And these people look funny too, but I can’t seem to see the actual shirts.

We are looking forward to your creative ideas to promote your shop! Just drop us a line at

and win one of the three prizes.

“Can you say more about how did you did it?”

    Hello people @ spreadshirt,
The ‘commercial’ is filmed with a standard pocket-camera, placed in a fridge. Four shoots, some editing on the MAC and voilà. The bear on the t-shirt is based on an (dutch) oldskool drink (Tjolk) from the 70 - 80’s.

    Bye,
    Marcel

cool thanks! I really dig the Tjolk designs. Ah, happy carefree 70s, when kids drinks were still enriched with LSD…what did the drink taste like? Will it possibly be made available again on the Dutch market?
