Pete and I have begun to look over the responses from the UK survey (which will be online in the next few weeks). Wow. we were really impressed with the response rate and the amount of people that took the time to offer such candid feedback. Its really important to us to hear what we are doing right and wrong.

There was one gem of an insight so powerful, brilliant and simple that we cant believe we didnt think of it first. We have vowed not to sleep again until we have reshaped the companys entire mission statement around this request. What was this request? Add more brands? More colours? Reduce shipping costs? Hire people who can spell to write for the blog? Bring back Sarah? Nope it was………

I’m not sure I need to say anymore. Our mission is clear. Tshirts out, not cool. Tits in, cool. This seasons must have.
